Service Advisor - Motorcycle

About The Role

The Zenngine is a premium motorcycle workshop and a specialist in track day services, located in Mumbai. As a Service Advisor, you will act as the central coordinator within the workshop, responsible for managing communication between customers, mechanics, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and receive motorcycles, create job cards, clarify scope of work and estimates, obtain approvals, and provide status updates and delivery communications.
• Identify and order necessary parts, maintain accurate inventory records, and proactively alert the team about low stock levels.
• Liaise with vendors for quotations, placing orders, follow-ups, returns, and warranty management.
• Utilize internal tools such as Zennapp, Logapp, and Chatwoot (WhatsApp inbox) to update records daily.
• Manage the daily job board collaboratively with mechanics and report any delays or issues to the owner.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Open to freshers; comprehensive training on motorcycles and company systems will be provided.
• Prior experience in service, parts management, inventory control, or customer support is advantageous.
• Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles; riding experience is considered a plus.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable using computers and basic spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, maintain composure when dealing with customers, and communicate delays honestly.

Additional Details

• Salary ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Weekly off on Sundays.
