Service Advisor for Ford Vehicles

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a capable Service Advisor to join our team immediately, specializing in Ford vehicles. This role requires effective customer engagement and administrative accuracy in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English and Afrikaans languages is mandatory.
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• A minimum of two years' experience working with Evolve/BSI systems.
• Previous experience specifically as a Service Advisor for Ford is advantageous.
• Proven track record of solid CVP scores demonstrating customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining liaison with workshop customers.
• Providing customers timely updates on service progress and ensuring satisfaction upon completion.
• Ensuring the completeness and proper charging for all work executed.
• Maintaining rigorous document control systems accurately.
• Securing all payment transactions through diligent cash and credit accounting.
• Daily precise costing and management of job cards.
