Join Brilliant Motor Agency LLP, a TVS franchise located in Mandaveli, Chennai, as a full-time Service Advisor. This position involves engaging with customers, managing vehicle service workflows, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for two-wheelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers cordially and understand their vehicle service requirements to offer customized advice.
• Discuss customer concerns and clearly explain necessary repairs, scheduled maintenance, and detailed cost estimates.
• Efficiently organize and manage service appointments to guarantee prompt service completion.
• Monitor each vehicle's repair status to ensure all services are performed timely and meet quality standards.
• Perform initial vehicle inspections and work closely with mechanics for accurate diagnosis.
• Generate comprehensive service documentation including reports, job cards, and invoices.
• Keep customers informed regularly about their vehicle's status, anticipated completion timeframes, and any additional required repairs.
• Advocate for service packages, extended warranties, and accessory sales.
• Follow up with customers after servicing to confirm satisfaction and resolve feedback.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary range from 18,000 to 23,000 INR with the potential to earn up to 25,000 INR per month.
