Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service consistent with assigned protocols and standards.
• Maintain a polished personal appearance and grooming throughout working hours.
• Collaborate effectively with team members across restaurant and bar functions.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients, and food & beverage offerings to inform guests accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas while following established checklists.
• Build positive rapport with guests, providing personalized recognition and fostering strong relationships.
• Support fellow servers proactively during service when assistance is needed.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Execute additional duties or projects as assigned by management staff including Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Outlet Manager, or Director of Food and Beverage.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Between one and two years of experience as a server within a luxury hotel, resort, upscale restaurant, or comparable hospitality environment.
• Possess a college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using restaurant operating systems such as Micros.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Russian language skills are a desirable asset.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Capability to adapt easily and work collaboratively in a team environment.
