Role Overview
We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our bustling Restaurant and In-room Dining team on a full-time basis. The role centers on supporting servers in guest service, requiring strong communication skills alongside the physical ability to lift and maneuver moderate weights. This dynamic position entails constant interaction with customers and includes tasks such as restaurant preparation, maintaining cleanliness, setting up service stations, replenishing stock, and keeping equipment organized.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The Server Assistant must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compensation begins at $22.11 per hour, increasing to $25.80 after six months and $29.48 following one year of service.

Eligibility
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Canada; the hotel cannot sponsor work visas.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for meeting customer needs in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Experience in food and beverage is advantageous
- Certification in Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right is mandatory
- Availability to work various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays
- Strong team player with capability to work effectively alongside diverse colleagues and clientele
- Ability to engage professionally with customers consistently
- Effective prioritization and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
