About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to enhance organic search visibility and attract qualified website traffic. This full-time, fully remote position involves managing all aspects of search engine optimization, including technical audits, content improvement, link building, and performance evaluation to develop organic search as a scalable acquisition channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site architecture, performance, and crawlability
- Conduct keyword research and create content strategies tailored to search intent across the customer journey
- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and structured data markup
- Develop and manage link acquisition campaigns via editorial outreach and partnerships
- Monitor organic search performance with tools like GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms, reporting on key metrics including traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Collaborate with content creators, engineers, and product teams to integrate SEO best practices into ongoing projects
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SEO with proven success in driving organic traffic growth
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, including understanding crawl, indexation, rendering, and website performance
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with HTML, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals
- Excellent analytical abilities to convert data insights into actionable strategies
- Outstanding written communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
