Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our organization. The selected professional will be tasked with planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to enhance company visibility and promote our products and services effectively. This role is pivotal in growing brand recognition in the digital realm and increasing website traffic to generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and design all facets of the digital marketing function including marketing databases, email marketing strategies, and display advertisements.
• Create and implement effective SEO, SEM, and social media marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's online presence.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns by monitoring return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose actionable improvements.
• Collaborate internally to develop landing pages and enhance user experience on digital platforms.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging digital marketing trends and methodologies for effective campaign measurement.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in digital marketing or a closely related domain.
• Proficient understanding of SEO techniques, pay-per-click advertising, Google Ads, and managing social media promotional efforts.
• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in interpreting data to inform marketing strategies.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach towards digital storytelling and brand expansion.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective project management abilities.

Compensation

The compensation offered for this position ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
