Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive AI solutions within an enterprise infrastructure.
- Build and enhance large-scale machine learning and generative AI models.
- Develop AI agents and applications powered by large language models (LLMs).
- Optimize GPU utilization for both model training and inference processes.
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines as well as cloud-native AI deployments.
- Establish continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) frameworks for AI systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists and software engineers.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in extensive model training and fine-tuning techniques, including supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) — strongly prioritized.
- Experience with distributed GPU architectures utilizing approaches like Distributed Data Parallel (DDP), Fully Sharded Data Parallel (FSDP), DeepSpeed, and multi-node training setups.
- Skills in inference acceleration technologies such as vLLM and TensorRT-LLM.
- Additional advantage for candidates experienced in agentic AI using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
