Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Waiter to become part of the front-line team at Arcade London. This role is set in a lively environment featuring internationally inspired kitchens and dynamic service, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to one of London's premier dining locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Support the growth and development of junior staff members.
• Engage confidently and professionally with guests to ensure an excellent service experience.
• Maintain consistent delivery of high-quality service standards.
• Provide exceptional hospitality with a positive demeanor and welcoming smile.
• Take orders, serve meals and beverages, and offer informed menu recommendations.
• Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams for coordinated service.
• Manage cleaning schedules, keep records updated, and complete checklists.
• Comply with established Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines and procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses at least two years of experience in a Senior Waiter or equivalent position within a high-volume, quality-focused restaurant environment.
• Exhibits genuine enthusiasm for suggesting food and beverage options to guests.
• Maintains a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
• Has a passion for cuisine and drinks and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
