Overview
Dynamack Components Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior VMC Programmer to join their team in Greater Noida. The role focuses on programming high-precision components for manufacturing using Mastercam and SolidCAM software, with a specialty in Mitsubishi controls. This position demands expertise in translating 3D engineering designs into precise, efficient CNC programs for Cosmos Smartmills machines.
Key Duties
- Develop, refine, and simulate CNC machining programs for 3-axis and 4-axis operations using Mastercam and SolidCAM platforms.
- Design advanced toolpaths to manufacture complicated, tightly toleranced aerospace and defense components.
- Work hands-on with Cosmos VMC machines and Mitsubishi controllers to validate new programs and improve cycle times.
- Choose proper cutting tools and set optimal speeds and feeds for materials such as 4140 steel.
- Analyze complex engineering drawings, ensuring all programming complies fully with International GD&T standards.
- Collaborate closely with shop floor operators and the quality inspection team, using CMM data to diagnose and correct dimensional issues.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of focused CNC/VMC programming experience within high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Expert proficiency using Mastercam and SolidCAM software.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Mitsubishi machine controllers.
- Solid understanding of tooling, fixturing methods, material behaviors, and advanced GD&T principles.
Compensation and Role Details
This is a full-time position located in the Ecotech 3rd Udyog Kendra 2 area of Greater Noida. The monthly salary range is INR 22000 to INR 30000. There is one vacancy for this role.
