Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to lead video content production across various digital channels. This role involves crafting long-form YouTube videos, engaging social media shorts, animations, explainer videos, and branded visual narratives, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit diverse video formats including YouTube content, reels, shorts, and social media posts.
- Design captivating motion graphics, UI/UX animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Produce educational and explainer videos centered on real estate, blockchain, and tokenization technology.
- Deliver premium visual storytelling that aligns with Onex Assets' brand identity.
- Utilize diverse assets such as raw footage, voiceovers, screen recordings, and AI-generated content.
- Create animations simplifying complex financial and technological themes.
- Ensure consistent branding, typography, transitions, sound design, and high-quality visuals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on creative concepts and content strategies.
- Stay current with the latest video editing, motion design, AI, and content creation technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing skills in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve and 3D software like Blender is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of pacing, composition, typography, sound design, and visual structure.
- Experience creating content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work independently, owning projects and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, and Veo is a plus.
