About the Role

PracharX is searching for a highly skilled and innovative Senior Video Editor to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves creating compelling political communication materials, digital campaign videos, social media content, and powerful narrative visuals tailored to political audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce political reels, short-form videos, and social media content suited for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, and WhatsApp.
• Develop campaign films, leader profiles, speeches, event recaps, and other politically-themed video content.
• Craft explainers, attack and counter-narrative pieces, and issue-focused videos.
• Integrate motion graphics and data visualization into political videos.
• Utilize AI technologies to generate videos, voiceovers, visuals, and multilingual content.
• Create quick-turnaround, rapid-response video content that reacts to political and media developments.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
• A minimum of six months working within political campaigns, consulting, political media, or closely related fields.
• Fluent in Telugu with a strong command of English preferred.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other professional editing software.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, political messaging, and producing videos designed primarily for social media.
• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence-based video editing and generation tools.
• Proficient with AI-based voice and audio generation, voice cloning, dubbing, and audio enhancement technologies.
• Strong abilities in motion graphics, subtitles addition, sound design, color grading, and basic visual effects.
• Adept at transforming raw footage, speeches, interviews, news clips, and data into sharp, effective political videos.
• Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced campaign environments requiring swift turnaround times.
