Role Overview
The Senior Video Editor position, based in Hyderabad and requiring onsite presence, is responsible for overseeing the planning, editing, and final production of high-quality video content. This content showcases Ankura Homes’ brand, projects, and lifestyle initiatives through marketing, social media, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize video shoots while coordinating with creative and marketing teams.
- Review and assemble raw footage into polished narrative sequences across various formats.
- Perform color grading to maintain a consistent visual tone in alignment with brand standards.
- Incorporate motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Manage video assets efficiently and optimize content for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership for creative concept development and brand consistency.
- Mentor junior video team members by sharing best practices and workflow techniques.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in video production, including shoot planning and footage management.
- Advanced video editing capability, including sound integration and pacing refinement.
- Experienced in professional color grading to deliver uniform visual quality.
- Hands-on skill with motion graphics and related visual tools.
- Mastery of industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop or equivalents.
- A robust portfolio showcasing diverse video editing projects, with preference for real estate or lifestyle-related content.
- Exceptional storytelling through visuals, high attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and feedback exchange.
- Educational credentials including a diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or relevant experience.
Experience
