Job description
Role Overview
This role entails conducting valuations of diverse property types for various clients, including financial institutions, government bodies, and corporate entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations and property assessments independently both locally and internationally.
- Engage in sourcing clients and deals, preparing relevant marketing materials for business origination and execution phases.
- Develop innovative proposals and pitches to attract new clients across Valuation and Advisory services.
- Perform indicative valuations, property inspections, market data research, and draft proposals or tender documents to secure assignments.
- Support Assistant Manager and senior staff in report completion and responding to client inquiries.
- Guide and allocate tasks to junior team members when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related discipline required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in property valuation, real estate advisory, or consultancy.
- Strong grasp of valuation techniques, market research, and report writing.
- Proficient in conducting site visits and valuation assignments autonomously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; business development experience is a plus.
