Key Responsibilities

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective user interfaces by leveraging your expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You will translate business and user needs into seamless digital experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and development.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Expertise in user experience research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability tests.
• Solid skills in crafting wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Deep understanding of UI components such as navigation menus, search interfaces, tabs, call-to-actions, banners, and other interactive elements.
• Experience in planning and supporting usability testing and A/B testing of digital products.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma along with other industry-standard UX/UI applications.
• Good knowledge of responsive web and mobile design principles to ensure consistent experiences across devices.
• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with marketing teams, product developers, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UX research methods and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
• High attention to detail complemented by excellent visual design capabilities.
