Job Overview
Infoshare Systems, Inc. is seeking experienced Senior US IT Recruiters to join their team at the Hyderabad office in Hitech City. There are 10 available positions for onsite roles.
Interview Schedule and Location
Interviews are conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST at Pyramid Softsol, UN No. 2, 5th Floor, Building No. 9, Mindspace Raheja IT Hi-Tech City, Ascendas IT Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500081.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for US IT recruitment positions.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers to meet staffing needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 4 to 10 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proficient in sourcing and evaluating IT candidates.
- Familiarity with job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, among others.
- Experience using LinkedIn X-Ray Searches and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Ceipal experience considered a bonus.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and related tax terms like W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Experience recruiting candidates holding US citizenship, Green Card, H1B, OPT EAD, GC EAD, TN, Canadian, and H4 EAD visas.
Additional Information
- Cab transportation is provided for female employees (drop only).
- Work shift is from 3:30 AM to 4:30 AM IST.
