Overview
Incorporan Inc is a technology services and solutions company that excels in strategic planning, implementation, and providing highly skilled talent to optimize business performance across multiple sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and logistics. They are currently seeking Senior US IT Recruiters for an onsite role based in New Malakpet, Musarambagh, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage IT candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural alignment for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requisites and team environments for effective candidate matching.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Manage negotiation of salaries, benefits, and coordinate interview schedules.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline.
- Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of US labor terms, tax regulations, and work authorization requirements.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job portals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven agency environment.
- Goal-oriented, ambitious, and resilient with a passion to learn emerging technologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Availability to work onsite during night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM) aligned with EST timings.
