About the Role
Rivago Infotech Inc is expanding its US IT recruitment division based in Kolkata and seeks experienced Senior US IT Recruiters. These professionals will lead the recruitment process from start to finish and contribute significantly to developing a capable, efficient recruitment team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles.
- Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, various job boards, databases, referrals, and additional channels.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs to accurately match candidates with technical and business specifications.
- Conduct candidate screening, suitability evaluations, and maintain strong management of candidate pipelines.
- Organize and manage submissions, conduct interviews, perform follow-ups, negotiate offers, and finalize placements.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to align recruitment efforts with priority requirements.
- Take full responsibility for assigned requisitions and pursue timely closures.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Between three to seven years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
- Deep knowledge of the US IT hiring ecosystem and recruitment processes.
- Proficient in all recruitment stages including sourcing, candidate screening, submissions, interview facilitation, and closure.
- Familiarity with job platforms like Dice, Indeed, and others relevant to US IT staffing.
- Understanding of employment models including W-2 and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Willingness and ability to work US shift hours.
Additional Information
Experience with C2C hiring is advantageous but not a strict requirement. Candidates with strong US IT recruitment skills, especially in W-2 hiring, and foundational staffing knowledge will be considered. Training in C2C recruitment methods is available for interested applicants.
