Role Overview
Euclid Innovations seeks a highly experienced Senior US HR Operations Specialist to handle comprehensive HR functions primarily focused on the US IT staffing and IT services sector. The role calls for a seasoned professional with over seven years of solid expertise in managing US HR operations related to employees and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end US HR operations including managing employee and consultant lifecycle activities in compliance with industry practices.
- Conduct onboarding and manage all necessary documentation processes for W2, C2C, and 1099 consultants.
- Ensure completion and upkeep of critical compliance documents such as I-9 forms and E-Verify processes to meet US regulatory standards.
- Handle and maintain legal employment documentation including Employment Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, and vendor paperwork.
- Provide guidance on employee benefits and insurance packages and assist employees through the enrollment process.
- Maintain consistent communication with client-located employees and consultants, resolving queries and providing HR assistance promptly.
- Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, consultants, recruiters, payroll, and internal teams to address HR and documentation related challenges efficiently.
- Keep detailed and accurate records for employees and consultants, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed timely.
- Track contract renewals, documentation statuses, compliance adherence, benefit changes, and other HR obligations actively.
- Work together with Immigration and Finance/Payroll teams to address immigration issues and payroll or employee-related concerns.
- Commit to fostering a positive experience for employees and consultants during onboarding, assignment periods, and offboarding phases.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree and have a robust background of seven or more years in US HR operations, particularly within IT staffing or IT service industries.
