Senior Upwork Bidder

About the Role

HashTech is seeking a seasoned female Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team based in Karachi. This position requires strong expertise in bidding on freelancing platforms, primarily Upwork and Fiverr, combined with excellent communication and client engagement abilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable projects on Upwork.
• Create and submit tailored, persuasive proposals to win projects.
• Engage with international clients through chats and calls effectively.
• Manage follow-ups, discovery calls, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Oversee and manage daily bidding activities on Upwork.
• Coordinate and execute tasks related to Fiverr platform management.
• Generate quality leads and strive to convert them into confirmed projects.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to prepare proposals and project cost estimates.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in bidding on Upwork with additional experience on Fiverr.
• Exceptional proposal writing and bidding skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong aptitude in client communication, negotiation, and follow-ups.
• Confidence interacting with international clients via chat and calls.
• Good understanding of domains including Full-Stack Development, Mobile Applications, Websites, and Graphic Design.
• Capability to interpret client needs and work efficiently with internal technical and design teams.

Work Conditions & Details

• Position is full-time and based onsite at RJ Mall, 3rd Floor, Karachi.
• Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Immediate joining is expected.
• Position exclusively for female candidates.
