Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-location role based in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Travel Consultant will assist clients by managing and planning their travel requirements, arranging reservations, and offering support throughout the travel process. The consultant will also provide guidance on travel choices tailored to clients' needs, aiming to facilitate hassle-free travel experiences.
Key Qualifications
- Possession of a university degree or equivalent certification.
- Between three to five years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in travel consulting and comprehensive travel management.
- Experience organizing travel arrangements and reservations including flights, hotels, and packages.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with reservation software and booking systems, especially Amadeus.
- High attention to detail accompanied by effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
