About the Role

Sush Enterprises' Recovery Collections Division is seeking a Senior Tele Caller based in Chaithanyapuri, Hyderabad. The primary goal is to engage with customers via phone, clearly outlining the recovery process and facilitating disciplined collection efforts with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to discuss outstanding dues.
• Effectively persuade customers to settle their balances within designated timeframes.
• Accurately record call details and maintain updates in Excel or CRM systems.
• Adhere to prepared scripts and branded communication styles prescribed by Sush Enterprises.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and collections achieved.
• Handle customer objections patiently while maintaining firm accountability.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by participating in incentive programs and motivational initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Educational qualification of at least Intermediate level; graduation is desirable.
• Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi and English is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, disciplined, and goal-driven attitude.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in collections or telecalling is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹30,000 plus performance-based incentives.

Working Hours
