Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tele Caller to manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective students regarding course inquiries. The role involves engaging with leads sourced from various channels such as the company website, Google, social media, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to inquire about student courses.
• Engage leads generated through multiple platforms including web and social media.
• Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, career aspirations, and training requirements.
• Clearly explain course details including content, duration, fees, certification, mode of training, and related career prospects.
• Advise students on the most appropriate training programs based on their profile.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions and meet monthly enrollment goals.
• Perform regular follow-ups via calls and WhatsApp until leads are finalized.
• Address questions and concerns related to fees, discounts, certification value, and placement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up schedules within the CRM system.
• Follow up on pending registrations and fee submissions.
• Coordinate with trainers and operations teams on batch timing and joining formalities.
• Maintain professional communication to build positive relationships with students.
• Revive inactive leads through consistent follow-ups.
• Generate daily and weekly reports detailing calls, follow-ups, interested leads, admissions, and conversion metrics.

Additional Information

This role is based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India, and offers a salary range of 18,000 to 28,000 INR per month.
