Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Technology Resilience and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) specialist with extensive practical experience in infrastructure resilience, disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and business continuity management (BCM) governance. The role demands a strong capability in strategizing, consulting, and leading projects to ensure robust technology resilience solutions aligned with business continuity objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery frameworks.
- Design and manage cyber recovery solutions incorporating best practices.
- Develop and enforce IT disaster recovery architectures and recovery methodologies.
- Govern BCM frameworks, including policies, governance procedures, and risk management.
- Translate complex business continuity needs into effective technology resilience strategies.
- Apply consulting expertise to advise and manage strategic resilience projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between 8 and 15+ years of professional experience in technology resilience, IT disaster recovery, BCM, or operational resilience domains.
- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency implementing infrastructure resilience and cyber recovery solutions.
- Have a deep understanding of IT DR architecture and resilience strategies.
- Strong experience in BCM governance, framework development, and risk assessment.
- Hold an advanced degree such as a Master’s or relevant certifications in BCM, disaster recovery, resilience, risk management, or cybersecurity (preferred).
- Experience working within European Union markets is advantageous.
