Job description
Job Overview
The Senior Technician will perform maintenance and operational tasks at the plant to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance work according to both preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for plant equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed promptly and properly documented.
- Complete maintenance jobs punctually to maintain high equipment uptime.
- Drive continuous process and operational improvements in maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues collaborating with team members and external contractors.
- Serve as a Competent Person within the Permit To Work System.
- Engage actively in Risk Assessment (RA) activities related to the Maintenance department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a Polytechnic Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
- Preferably possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Display a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Be willing to work in shift schedules.
- Accept assignments across multiple work sites.
- Be prepared to work beyond standard hours based on operational demands.
