Key Responsibilities

• Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of domestic staffing experience.
• Background in the staffing industry.
• Essential experience in contract staffing.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and related tools.
