Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role

This opportunity is for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter based in Tollygunge, Kudghat, Kolkata metropolitan area, West Bengal, India. The position is full-time, offering a monthly salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000. We seek a candidate with 2.5 to 3 years of strong IT recruitment and staffing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes.
• Source and assess high-quality IT professionals.
• Oversee client needs and submissions efficiently.
• Maintain and nurture current client relationships.
• Acquire and manage client accounts to generate new job requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and employee onboarding.
• Ensure successful conclusion of recruitment cycles.
• Utilize LinkedIn, various job portals, and Boolean search techniques for talent sourcing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in IT recruitment or IT staffing roles.
• Existing client relationships and active accounts in the IT domain.
• Strong LinkedIn network with substantial professional connections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work in IT recruitment consultancy or staffing environments.
• Experience handling permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire hiring processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter tool.
