<h3>About the Role</h3> <div>We're looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) to drive planning, delivery, and operational excellence across our engineering department. You will work with cross-functional programs, coordinating and building the operating rhythms that keep teams aligned, and turning technical progress into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership.</div> <div> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li> <div><strong>Own end-to-end program planning and delivery</strong>&nbsp;for the department, coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., hardware, electronics, software, controls, and test &amp; validation).</div> </li> <li><strong>Coordinate delivery milestones across teams</strong>, tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment at every program milestone.</li> <li><strong>Run the department's business review cadence</strong>, preparing and driving monthly reviews covering organizational goals — synthesizing technical progress, risks, and dependencies into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.</li> <li> <div><strong>Build and maintain a single source of truth</strong>&nbsp;for all programs in Jira, establishing program frameworks, operating cadences, and visibility tools for cross-functional partners on bi-weekly and monthly cycles.</div> </li> <li> <div><strong>Develop and run a resource planning framework</strong>, leading regular reviews to align team capacity with evolving program requirements and technical workload.</div> </li> <li><strong>Manage budget and OPEX tracking</strong>&nbsp;for the department, enabling data-driven monthly trade-off decisions in response to shifting priorities.</li> </ul> <h3>What We're Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a similar role within an engineering organization.</li> <li> <div>Proven track record coordinating cross-functional programs across multiple engineering disciplines and bringing rigor and structure to them.</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong command of program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint) and data/reporting tools.</div> </li> <li> <div>Experience establishing operating cadences, business reviews (MBR/QBR), and single-source-of-truth systems from the ground up and roadmap.</div> </li> <li>Experience with resource/capacity planning and budget or OPEX tracking.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear narratives for senior leadership.</li> <li>Engineering background or degree strongly preferred; comfort navigating deeply technical discussions is essential.</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li> <div>Experience in robotics, mechatronics, or other multi-disciplinary engineering environments.</div> </li> <li>Experience supporting or reporting directly to department or executive leadership.</li> <li> <div>Familiarity with both agile (software) and waterfall (hardware) delivery methodologies.</div> </li> </ul> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 class="TranslationField-module__fieldItemName___Q0F_7 TranslationField-module__aboutUsWrapper___WXJpq"><strong>What we offer</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <div>A dynamic high-tech company, combined with financial soundness and world-class investors.</div> </li> <li> <div>Join an interdisciplinary, international team with 60+ different nationalities in a collaborative work environment.</div> </li> <li> <div>Lots of development opportunities as we continue to grow.</div> </li> <li> <div>Challenging tasks and impactful projects alongside experts that enable professional and personal growth.</div> </li> <li> <div>Corporate Benefits Program covering health, mobility, and learning for 100€ net per month.</div> </li> <li> <div>Modern office facilities with a rooftop terrace overlooking Munich, free drinks &amp; fruits, and regular company events contribute to a good working environment</div> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>About us</strong></h3> <div class="TranslationField-module__fieldItemValue___c0djd"> <p><strong>Agile Robots SE</strong> is an international high-tech company based in Munich, Germany with a production site in Kaufbeuren and more than <strong>3500</strong> employees worldwide.
