Job Overview

Join our team in Dubai as a Senior Technical Engineer specializing in Applied AI. You will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced autonomous AI architectures featuring planning, reasoning, tool orchestration, and multi-agent collaboration. The role involves building scalable enterprise AI ecosystems by integrating Large Language Models with business applications, knowledge bases, APIs, and workflow automation on AWS.

Required Experience and Skills

• Over a decade of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Engineer
• Proven capability in designing and deploying production-level LLM and Agentic AI solutions
• Expert Python programming skills along with deep knowledge of enterprise cloud architectures
• Working familiarity with Azure AI/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI platforms
• In-depth understanding of AI frameworks and tools such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, MCP, RAG, vector databases, and AI observability methods
• Extensive experience integrating enterprise systems involving APIs, event-driven structures, data pipelines, and public cloud environments
• Background in operating within secure and regulated industries
• Capability to assess new AI technologies, making decisions on building or purchasing, and technology adoption
• Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and articulating complex technical matters to both technical professionals and senior executives

Role Responsibilities

• Lead applied AI initiatives, owning the design of solution architectures and guiding AI platform evaluations
• Develop and prototype agentic AI systems and set engineering standards and overall technical strategy
• Mentor AI engineering team members and develop reusable AI architecture best practices
• Collaborate extensively with Security, Data Governance, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture units to ensure compliant, scalable, and production-ready AI deployments
