Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract high-quality candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and advanced search methods.
• Create engaging and persuasive job advertisements and manage the entire sourcing process efficiently.
• Perform initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise closely with team leaders and clients to ensure smooth recruitment flow.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and management information system (MIS) reports regularly.
• Take ownership of recruitment targets and ensure timely completion of hiring processes.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and clients, facilitating successful onboarding and ongoing communication post-hiring.
• Keep abreast of recruitment standards and practices across multiple industries.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools, hiring trends, and industry standards to support informed hiring decisions.
