Job Summary

This role requires an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition expert to lead recruitment efforts for technical roles, emphasizing semiconductor, engineering, and tech functions. The position involves close collaboration with business leaders to formulate hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and deliver market intelligence. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and are commercially astute.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute recruitment plans targeting highly technical candidates in semiconductor and engineering fields.
• Actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, talent mapping, referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and talent mapping within semiconductor sectors to foster sustainable pipelines and generate insights on trends and talent availability.
• Manage recruitment activities across direct applications, referrals, campus outreach, agencies, and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, suitability, cultural fit, and team compatibility throughout interview stages.
• Provide hiring teams with market intelligence and talent insights to inform recruitment decisions.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience at all recruitment phases.
• Utilize recruitment technologies including LinkedIn Talent Insights to deliver data-driven talent recommendations.
• Enhance Bitdeer’s employer brand and presence in semiconductor and engineering communities.
• Stay informed of local employment legislation, ensuring all recruiting complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including specialized hiring for semiconductor, chip design, electronics, or related technical functions.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor talent ecosystem, skill requirements, and market trends.
• Experience recruiting regionally or internationally across multiple Asian markets preferred.
• Proficient in sourcing passive technical candidates and leveraging various channels effectively.
• Proven ability to excel in dynamic, high-growth settings and manage shifting priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, partnering effectively with hiring managers to deliver practical hiring solutions.
• Data-driven and commercially focused approach to advising on talent acquisition using market intelligence.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and recruitment software.
• Work experience combining in-house recruitment and agency environments is advantageous.
• Background in AI, semiconductor manufacturing, data centers, or blockchain technology is a plus.
