About OLIX
OLIX is a cutting-edge company pioneering advancements in AI accelerator technology. The AI field is advancing faster than any prior technology, generating immense demand that current infrastructure—based on decade-old hardware designs—cannot satisfy. OLIX's Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) innovatively integrates logic, data movement, packaging, optics, and interconnects at rack-scale to achieve unprecedented system performance, positioning OLIX to create a transformative economic opportunity for the next century.
Role Overview
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at OLIX, you will be instrumental during a pivotal growth phase. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People & Operations team, overseeing the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to hiring closure. The role demands managing both tactical hiring efforts and building scalable recruitment infrastructure to enhance hiring efficiency, particularly for challenging roles.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles spanning engineering, technical leadership, operations, and commercial teams.
- Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies to access and attract highly qualified and often hard-to-find candidates.
- Work tightly with hiring managers to shape attractive job descriptions, refine interview capabilities, and maintain swift, high-quality hiring processes.
- Ensure every candidate interaction embodies OLIX’s core values, maintaining outstanding candidate experience.
- Contribute to defining and promoting OLIX’s employer brand within relevant communities to boost talent engagement.
- Enhance the recruitment technology stack and reporting mechanisms for data-driven hiring.
- Identify and implement process improvements such as calibration tools, interview training, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) metrics tracking as OLIX scales.
- Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners, maintaining rigorous standards and accountability.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least half of this in-house within fast-paced startups or high growth tech firms.
- Proven success recruiting top-tier technical professionals including machine learning engineers, digital designers, and systems architects.
- Strong instinct and creativity for sourcing and engaging candidates effectively.
- Confidence in collaborating with senior leaders, able to provide data-backed decisions and maintain firm hiring standards.
- Highly organized, responsive, and rigorous in managing recruitment workflows and timelines.
- Commitment to fostering a candidate-centric hiring culture aligned with company values.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deep technology or hardware-driven sectors, particularly with 0-1 years experience in the specialized accelerator space where talent is scarce.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary reflective of experience, skills, and local market conditions.
- Equity participation through meaningful stock options, granting ownership in the company mission.
- Living-Local Bonus awarded annually for employees residing within 20 minutes of the office, recognizing time saved on commuting to enhance work-life balance.
