Senior Systems Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and proficient Senior Systems Engineer to join our Riyadh-based team in Saudi Arabia. This role entails designing, implementing, and supporting advanced enterprise networking and security solutions using A10 Networks' technology suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to discern their business needs and technical issues, offering tailored solutions using A10 Networks' products.
• Deliver technical and sales assistance to accounts and channel partners within the assigned region.
• Participate in the design and deployment of enterprise-level networking and security architectures, covering configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Lead product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops to highlight solution capabilities.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting throughout implementation and after deployment, ensuring swift problem resolution.
• Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices relating to enterprise networking and security, sharing insights with the team.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management to recognize business opportunities, address customer requirements, and foster revenue growth.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation including design documents, deployment manuals, and best practice guides.
• Be prepared to travel across the Middle East region as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Have over 10 years of experience in enterprise networking, security, and systems engineering, specializing in scalable and secure solution architecture and implementation.
• At least 3 years of pre-sales experience, ideally with security vendors.
• Proven track record designing and deploying products such as Application Delivery Controllers, Firewalls, and DDoS mitigation systems within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies, including but not limited to TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP, SSL, and SDN.
• Expertise in multiple specialization areas including Virtualization, Cloud-Native environments, Application Acceleration, DDoS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation, IPv6 Migration, and Traffic Security.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to lead sales efforts, influence stakeholders, and achieve team alignment.
• Experience in strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder management in complex technical settings with proven delivery records.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP, and A10 Networks Certified Professional are highly advantageous.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English with excellent communication capabilities.
