About the Role
LeadSoc Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Senior Synthesis Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in VLSI. This on-site full-time position involves working with advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes such as 7nm, 5nm, and beyond.
Core Responsibilities
The candidate will be directly involved in physical synthesis operations emphasizing multi-corner and multi-mode scenarios with goals around low power, enhanced performance, and improved area utilization. Expertise with tools like Fusion Compiler or Genus is essential. The role also requires logic equivalence checking and low power verification debugging using Conformal LEC or Formality. Additional tasks include pre-STA timing analysis via Primetime or Tempus and low power checks using Conformal Low Power or VCLP tools. The engineer will validate the quality and completeness of constraints and have a strong grasp of UPF and low power design concepts. Functional ECO flows and their implementation, alongside DFT insertion and basic debugging, are crucial. Collaboration with RTL, DFT, and physical design teams is necessary to achieve PPA targets. Experience in scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, and Shell is expected. The position demands a self-driven, motivated individual with excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

The job requires immediate availability or a notice period of up to 45 days. The candidate must work from the office location in Bengaluru. The employment offered is permanent.
