About the Role
We are seeking seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in Supply Chain Management and practical consulting experience or significant involvement in driving operational excellence. The role involves partnering with corporate clients to evaluate, design, and lead comprehensive supply chain transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and achieving tangible business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed evaluations of supply chain maturity and operations.
- Analyze comprehensive supply chain functions including Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory control, Logistics, and Distribution.
- Develop and propose strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Lead client engagements and facilitate interactive workshops.
- Create business cases, process flow diagrams, gap analyses, and strategic transformation plans.
- Assist in implementing industry-leading supply chain practices and frameworks.
- Prepare and present reports and deliver presentations to executive audiences.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and leadership teams within client organizations.
- Contribute to business development efforts by crafting solutions and proposals.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business Management, or relevant disciplines.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in business management.
- In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Logistics and Distribution, Demand Forecasting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Experience in Supply Chain or Business Consulting, or leading Transformation Projects internally or externally.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and professional presentation.
- Proven capability to engage with senior management and enterprise clients effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CII-SCMPro, CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD in Supply Chain.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, and solutions related to Planning, Transportation, and Warehouse Management.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within supply chain functions.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 2,500,000 and 4,000,000 INR annually.
