Role Overview
The Group Strategy team serves as strategic advisers to senior leadership, focusing on crucial questions influencing the cooperative’s future. This role entails tackling intricate problems, defining issues, uniting diverse teams, and guiding decisions that senior leaders can implement. Additionally, coaching and mentoring analysts to cultivate future leaders is a key responsibility.
