Role Overview

We are seeking a (Senior) Strategist to join us immediately, either at Hamburg, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, or remotely. You will create impactful, cross-channel media strategies for existing and new clients, integrate insights with media planning and activation ideas, and act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning our work strictly with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceive forward-thinking, cross-platform media strategies connected closely with media planning and activation concepts.
• Provide strategic counsel as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring client-centric strategy alignment.
• Collaborate closely with audience strategists to pinpoint valuable target groups and underpin strategies with data-driven insights.
• Conduct comprehensive brand, category, and communication analyses and derive actionable recommendations.
• Support and lead engaging workshops and creative ideation sessions, remaining abreast of trends and innovative technologies, elevating projects to award-worthy standards.
• Work collaboratively with consulting teams and international strategic networks to deliver best practices and fuel continuous strategic innovation and excellence.

Candidate Profile

• You possess a university degree in relevant fields like Business Administration, Media Studies, Marketing, or Sociology.
• You have solid knowledge in media planning and consulting, complemented by initial experience in media strategy development.
• You can interpret data accurately and transform it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• You bring a balanced mix of analytical and creative thinking.
• You have a keen interest in trends and innovations and enjoy developing creative ideas.
• You maintain oversight on complex projects and inspire team members with enthusiasm.
• Your communication skills and confident presence stand out.
• You feel comfortable in international environments and are fluent in German and proficient in English.
