Shri Vikalp Hospital Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for an experienced female Staff Nurse to join their healthcare team in Surat, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive nursing care following established medical protocols.
• Monitor patient symptoms, document changes, and communicate developments promptly to physicians.
• Safely provide medications, IV fluids, and standard treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain detailed and current medical records and patient charts.
• Work closely with doctors and multidisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized patient care plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance across clinical areas adhering to healthcare standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have verified hands-on experience in clinical nursing; fresh graduates are ineligible.
• Gender-specific requirement: female candidates only.
• Possess strong clinical nursing skills, empathy towards patients, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and professional during medical situations.

Working Hours & Shifts

• Candidates should be willing to work standard 12-hour shifts.
• A 10-hour shift may be possible upon agreement and necessity.
• Rest breaks will be provided during shifts to support staff health and maintain care quality.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary falls between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, based on clinical expertise and skills.
• Free accommodation is available onsite for the hire duration.
• Employees receive four paid leaves monthly, usable flexibly either as single days or a continuous four-day period depending on scheduling needs.
