Senior Solutions Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to spearhead technical pre-sales and ensure customer success across our commercial operations based in Riyadh, expanding into the wider region. This role requires acting as the technical expert responsible for aligning think AI Nodes and ILM to meet customer environments, workloads, and constraints while engaging daily with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of technical solutions for significant deals, translating customer needs into winning hardware and software configurations.
• Conduct workshops, detailed technical sessions, and define proof-of-concept scopes alongside customer architects and engineers.
• Oversee and develop the Solutions Engineer and Customer Support Technician roles, including hiring and maintaining high standards as the team grows.
• Manage the technical response to RFPs with accuracy, completeness, and expert insight.
• Serve as the liaison between sales and engineering teams, conveying customer challenges to product development and providing engineering confidence to clients.
• Facilitate technical onboarding and manage deployment processes from start to go-live.

Requirements

• Minimum eight years' experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or in a similarly customer-facing technical position within AI, accelerated computing, server, or data center infrastructure fields.
• Background working at prominent hardware, hyperscale, or AI companies designing compute solutions for key accounts.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge covering accelerated computing, networking, storage, Linux systems, as well as training, fine-tuning, and inference operations on bare-metal setups.
• Experience leading or managing a technical team or serving as a technical lead within larger organizations.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is strongly advantageous.

Desirable Qualifications

• Practical experience with CUDA, ROCm, PyTorch, vLLM, or similar infrastructure tools.
• Understanding of liquid cooling, high-density rack architectures, or environments with strict regulatory constraints.
• Experience integrating combined hardware and software solutions.
• Possession of a postgraduate degree in a relevant technical area.
• Exposure to startup environments from early to growth stages.
