Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to craft and execute customer engagement strategies within your territory.
• Mentor junior Solutions Architects and teams on prioritizing use cases and fostering internal technical advocates.
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including complex interactions involving the broader cloud ecosystem and third-party applications, to effectively convey the Databricks vision and strategic solutions.
• Serve as a trusted expert and advisor on significant data analytics architectures and the adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, championing both customers and colleagues.
• Contribute to the technical community by creating customer-facing materials and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Advance your career development through focused tracks such as technical specialization, industry-specific thought leadership, strategic customer vision, or people management.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in navigating complex technical pre-sales engagements and the full sales lifecycle.
• Proficient in influencing decision-makers, including C-level executives, by building relationships and coordinating teams to ensure sustainable customer success.
• Hands-on programming experience in key languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, alongside a willingness to acquire foundational knowledge of Apache Spark.
• Proven expertise handling intricate proofs-of-concept and working with public cloud platforms.
• Adept at delivering tailored technical solutions that meet specialized client requirements while managing competition effectively.
