Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate and execute customer engagement strategies within your assigned territory.
• Mentor junior Solutions Architects and teams on prioritizing use cases and developing technical champions.
• Engage with key stakeholders across various organizational levels, including complex interactions involving the broader cloud ecosystem and third-party applications, to advocate the Databricks vision and solution strategy.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and expert solution architect to customers, guiding architectural design and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by creating customer-facing materials and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
• Pursue further professional growth in one of four pathways: technical specialization, industry vertical leadership, strategic customer vision, or people management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions and participate in the technical pre-sales cycle.
• Experienced in influencing C-level executives and key decision-makers by building relationships and coordinating teams for sustained customer success.
• Competence in programming with languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, with readiness to acquire foundational Spark knowledge.
• Hands-on experience conducting complex proofs-of-concept and utilizing public cloud platforms.
• Capability to devise technical solutions tailored to specialized customer requirements while navigating competitive markets.
