As a Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic based in Singapore, you will be a key technical expert and trusted consultant, collaborating closely with sales, customers, partners, and the Elastic community. You will address business challenges using the Elastic Stack, engage with regional Elastic user groups via events and programs, and boost sales effectiveness through partner enablement. The role requires a commitment to continuous self-improvement and team enhancement by challenging conventional methods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts and sales teams in your designated territory.
• Develop a profound understanding of customers' objectives and effectively demonstrate how Elastic’s offerings solve their challenges.
• Establish and maintain value-driven relationships across all levels within customer organizations.
• Contribute across all stages of sales and planning cycles, from lead discovery to technical closure.
• Maintain deep product and solution knowledge of Elastic’s technologies for impactful presentations at sales meetings, meetups, and conferences.
• Guide the sales team on optimally positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard, educate, and empower partners, supporting them through sales cycles.
• Create collateral, contribute to programs, and collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific needs.
• Serve as the voice of customers and community by communicating feedback and potential improvements to engineering and leadership.
• Invest in personal development to continually deepen technical and sales expertise through available Elastic training and resources.

Required Qualifications and Traits

• Proven success in a technical presales capacity with sufficient experience to earn customer trust and confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and sell modern platforms, software, and technology benefits effectively.
• A genuine passion for curiosity and ongoing learning, investing in personal and professional growth.
• A history of nurturing customer relationships by understanding impactful factors and designing architectures to solve problems, achieve goals, or surpass competitors.
• Strong influencing skills with experience persuading teams on ideas, technologies, or architectural approaches.
• Capability to inspire both small and large groups effectively.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% regionally and occasionally internationally.
