Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect highly skilled in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure cloud services, enterprise integration, and modern cloud architectures. This role involves responsibility for defining and managing comprehensive solution architecture, ensuring business needs are effectively transformed into scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance technical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain end-to-end solution architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Create scalable and secure designs using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Lead the architecture and design of new services, system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
• Evaluate current architectures to find opportunities for improvement, modernization, and simplification.
• Architect integration strategies among Dynamics 365, Databricks, enterprise-wide applications, APIs, external systems, and data platforms.
• Establish API, integration, data flow, security, and authentication architectures.
• Enforce compliance with application, data, integration, and infrastructure architectural standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, data architects, cybersecurity, infrastructure teams, and project managers closely.
• Assess and review technical designs, solution documentation, integration plans, and development methods.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for development and implementation teams.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies for security, data protection, governance, and architectural standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks including technical dependencies, scalability limitations, and potential failure points.
• Support technology assessments and provide expert guidance on potential technology and solution choices.
• Contribute to architecture review boards and partake in technical decision processes.
• Design solutions considering high availability, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, and maintainability factors.

Required Technical Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience, including significant solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including customization, security roles, business units, plugins, workflows, APIs, and system integrations.
• Proven experience architecting in Azure cloud environments.
• Strong background designing enterprise integration via APIs, RESTful services, messaging frameworks, and integration platforms.
• Solid understanding of data architecture and the integration between CRM systems and broader enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with Databricks and modern data platform architecture to effectively design and govern integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services such as API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and knowledge of Power Platform including Power BI is highly advantageous.
• Strong grasp of identity and security technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and secure API integration methods.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and excellence in architecture documentation.
• Clear understanding of performance optimization, scalability techniques, high availability strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication capabilities and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
