Role Overview
This position involves supporting the design, development, and execution of cloud and security domain solutions for specified business opportunities. The role includes leading critical projects by mentoring experienced team members in diverse aspects to guarantee high-quality delivery. It focuses on operational execution with a direct influence on solution engineering for the assigned business or account.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Between 6 and 10 years of relevant professional experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Experience working with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
- Skill in developing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Strong understanding of use cases and capability to design solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Sound knowledge of technology and services related to cloud and security domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer solution design assistance to sales teams within the applicable region or function.
- Assist the bid team by preparing technical responses for RFPs.
- Understand pricing structures and help sales teams with the commercial input development.
- Create technical sales materials such as collateral, quotations, timelines, project plans, and proposals.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings through tailored solutions.
- Develop use cases and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) documents.
- Provide Level 4 operational support for design issues or recurring problems that require engineering intervention.
- Organize proof of concept demonstrations aligning with customer requirements, devise migration strategies, and aid project management in implementation planning.
- Conduct regular sessions with certain partners to stay updated on new product features that benefit customers and align with their product roadmap.
