Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to building this AI-driven CRM and platform. This role demands strong technical skill, autonomy, and a commitment to high standards in software delivery. You will operate within a cross-functional team alongside a Tech Lead, Product Manager, and Designer, leveraging AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development while applying solid fundamentals in architecture, debugging, security, and systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and delivery of features using React/TypeScript combined with Ruby on Rails or Python, owning the full lifecycle from conception to deployment.
• Collaborate with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as development partners by structuring problems effectively, verifying outputs, and establishing AI-assisted workflows for team efficiency.
• Lead system design decisions, data modeling, ensure security, and manage technical debt for sustainable platform health.
• Maintain exemplary code quality standards, critically reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure reliability and scalability, improving observability, architecture cleanliness, and reducing production incidents over time.
• Partner closely with team leads and stakeholders to bring technical insights and clear perspectives to product development.
• Mentor peers to elevate their use of AI in development and foster overall team productivity improvements.

Candidate Profile

Required:

• Advanced knowledge in full-stack architecture, system design, data modeling, debugging, and security fundamentals.
• Proficiency in React with TypeScript and Ruby on Rails or Python.
• Experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor as a central part of your development process, achieving measurable productivity gains.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-created code and decide when to revise or rebuild to uphold high standards.
• Strong grasp of database systems such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including optimization and indexing.
• Capability to independently take ownership and deliver impactful outcomes with limited supervision.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or real-time communication technologies (e.g., WebSockets).
• Experience working on multi-tenant, highly data-driven SaaS products.
• Background in Marketing Tech, CRM, or workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to LegalTech or professional services technology.
• Experience designing or managing multi-agent AI systems and orchestrating inter-agent communication.

• Make sound architectural decisions that guide AI-driven implementation effectively.
