Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) within the Salesforce Lightning framework.
- Customize and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud features to meet specific business objectives.
- Develop reusable, flexible UI components using LWC to improve user interaction.
- Implement business logic leveraging Apex triggers, classes, batch processing, and scheduled executions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems employing REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and other key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, identify and resolve software issues, and optimize application performance.
- Enforce security best practices alongside scalability considerations and effective management of Salesforce governor limits.
- Support deployment workflows, manage release cycles, and troubleshoot post-deployment challenges.
- Engage actively in Agile and Scrum processes, including participation in daily standups and sprint reviews, alongside DevOps activities.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 6 to 9 years hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, Triggers, and Salesforce query languages SOQL and SOSL.
- Extensive experience working with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Competence using declarative Salesforce development tools such as Lightning App Builder.
- Thorough understanding of Salesforce security modules, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Experience with system integrations through RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for software project management.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
