Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust, well-tested, resilient, and observable software solutions to complex problems.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Python-based microservices that deliver direct business and user benefits.
• Drive architectural decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability of systems.
• Enhance team code quality through thorough reviews and clear, comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within product teams alongside engineers and Product Managers to deliver outcomes.
• Continuously improve team workflows and help shape strategic direction.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing and supporting backend systems and cloud microservices; proficiency in Python preferred, though strong skills in other languages are accepted.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming with practical application.
• Familiarity with software delivery best practices including testing frameworks, debugging, refactoring, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL and document-oriented databases.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership, adapting quickly to evolving product needs.
• A proactive, AI-first mindset, with eagerness to learn and experiment with AI technologies on a daily basis.

Working Environment
