Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, creation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and dependable digital products and services, ensuring they adhere to best practices in software architecture, coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Evaluate and refine code created by team members to uphold continuous improvement and high quality in software solutions.
- Provide strategic technical leadership by guiding decisions about technology stacks, architectural approaches, design patterns, and the integration of AI capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent automation, recommendation engines, and analytics-driven insights.
- Engage actively in Agile team ceremonies and promote innovation by encouraging the adoption of modern tools and practices including DevSecOps principles focusing on automation, continuous integration/delivery, security, and scalable AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders ranging from developers, product owners, project managers to solution architects to ensure clear understanding and alignment on complex technical and AI-related topics.
- Continue personal growth by keeping up with industry and AI trends and mentor junior engineers to support skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong skills in JavaScript (React), Java, and Node.js.
- Comprehensive experience with AWS cloud services, especially serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Proven background in integrating AI/ML technologies such as APIs, large language models, data pipelines, or automated intelligence within applications.
- Familiarity with data engineering principles and processes that underpin AI-driven solutions.
- Well-versed in modern CI/CD methodologies, software observability, and complete development lifecycle management.
- Experience working in regulated sectors and hybrid development environments is considered advantageous.
