Role Overview

We seek a full-stack engineer passionate about tackling real product challenges beyond routine task execution. You will join a multidisciplinary team including Product Managers, UX designers, domain specialists, and engineers. The environment embraces Shape-Up methodologies, encouraging early involvement in problem identification, solution design, and making strategic trade-offs.

This is a hands-on position responsible for designing, creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining software spanning the entire stack. You will manage projects end-to-end, covering application code, cloud infrastructure, and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product features that integrate frontend and backend components.
• Work collaboratively with Product, UX, and domain teams to thoroughly understand challenges, explore alternatives, and provide insightful recommendations.
• Establish technical strategies, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed architectural decisions.
• Own feature development lifecycle from coding, testing, deployment, monitoring to production support and ongoing improvements.
• Engage directly with cloud platforms, deployment pipelines, and operational tools as part of the development process.

Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in frontend, backend, and deployment technologies, with a strong affinity for working across the entire delivery process.
• Experience developing modern web applications and scalable distributed backend systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code, preferably using Terraform or similar tools.
• Practical experience with continuous integration and deployment processes, managing deployment pipelines, and maintaining software in production.
