Role Overview

Join a critical software development team based in Malaga, Spain, as a Senior Software Engineer. You will collaborate with diverse global teams from countries such as the US, UK, Spain, Australia, and China. Your work will encompass all stages of software development from requirements gathering and designing innovative solutions to implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior developers, fostering team growth.
• Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define solution requirements and design approaches.
• Champion continuous improvement of development methods and practices within the team and the broader company.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum eight years of solid experience in software development and system maintenance.
• Proficient with .NET web technologies including ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and unit testing frameworks.
• Experience using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of relational database design and management.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices applied pragmatically.
• Adaptability to learn and embrace new technologies and drive personal and team development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills appropriate for both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to focus on priorities, demonstrate ownership, and drive technical initiatives.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms; experience with AWS preferred.
